She was predeceased by : her mother Frankie Hardyman Coffman; and her grandparents, Hoyt Coffman, Mary Lee Wampler and Dorothy Routt. She is survived by : her significant other Jason Lewis; her daughter Carlie Lewis; her stepson Takoda Johnson; her father Charles Coffman, Sr.; her siblings, Charles Coffman, Jr. (Stacy) and Jerry Coffman; her niece Ashley Rutherford; her nephew Braxton Coffman; her great-nephew Logan Coffman; and her great-niece Emma Rutherford. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, extended family and countless friends.
