She is survived by : her husband Joshua Philpott; her children, Corbin and Chayce Crawford; her parents, Carolyne (Herman Mouser) and Kelton Locke (Beverly Locke); and her siblings, Jason Ereth, Racheal Holloway, Robin Madewell, Jamie Pecoraro and Jennifer Locke. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
