He was predeceased by : his wife Frances Orr Mullins; his parents, Ellis Mullins and Hazel Mullins; his brothers, Darrell and Jim Mullins; and his grandson Mikie Steinwinter.

He is survived by : his children, Francine Kirk (Dan), Libby Steinwinter and Randy Mullins (Lisa); and his siblings, Harold Mullins (Diann), Steve Mullins (Janice), Janice Powers, Linda Huddleston and Susan Mullins. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 24 great- grandchildren.
