It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Brooks of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, who passed away on September 3, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Frances shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Frances farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Clarence Brooks and Earl Brooks; her children, Jack Earl Brooks, Jr. and Debra Carlisle; and her siblings, Billy Freeman and Sue Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Brooks (Margaret), Dennis Brooks (Cathy) and Valarie Witt; her brother Herschel Freeman (Geraldine); and also, Erskin and Gena Freeman. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
