He is survived by: his wife Billie Lou Harris; his children, Donna Greer, Peggy Buchanan (Gary), Pat Heiss, Sr. (Dennis) and Chip Harris (Tina); his grandchildren, Dennis Heiss, Jr. (Jennifer), Brad Buchanan, Daniel Buchanan (Kristie), Jennifer Turner (Zach), Allison Cohen (Ian), Frank Lee Harris III and Patrick Harris; his great grandchildren, Makenzie, Rorie Heiss, Seth Hasting, Ella Cohen, Sebastian and Bodhi Turner; and his siblings, Margaret Archer, Barbara Reynolds, Roy Harris (Wanda) and Carolyn Campbell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
