She is survived by: her husband David Cox; her daughter Ashley Stevens; her son-in-law Clint Sides; her siblings, Ken Horne (Janet) and Debbie Cates (James) of Crossville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Gauge, Elayna, Aden, Jacob and Christopher; her close friend Theresa Walden of Ten Mile, Tennessee; her friend Misty Myers; Jessica Leonard.
