He was predeceased by: his wife Jimmie Lou Lewis; and his siblings, Vance Lewis, Willard Lewis, Lowell Lewis and Jayna Gravitt.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Lewis (Cheryl), Randy Lewis (Roxie) and Edwin Lewis; his grandchildren, Brandon Lewis, Tracy Morrow, Cristy Russell, Derrick Lewis, Jared Lewis and Trevor Lewis; his great grandchildren, Destiny, Daniel, Jenna, Vance and Patch; and his siblings, Bernice McClendon, Thelma Potter and Larry Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
