He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Carlisle and Allie Shannon Carlisle; and his brother James Carlisle. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Carter (Johnny), Velma Allen (James), Barbara Carlisle, Martha Wallace (Richard), Bonnie Cross of Beaverdam, OH, John Carlisle (Tess) of Omaha, NE, Danny Carlisle (Ruby) and Willard Carlisle (Mary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
