He was predeceased by : his parents, Mattie Toney, and Ivan Toney, Sr.; and his brother Harris Lee Toney, Sr.. He is survived by : his wife Annie Toney; his children, Ivan Cordell Toney, Diane Byrd (Travis) of Cleveland, TN and Tracy Toney of Chattanooga, TN; his siblings, Mahalia Gilbert Warner of Madison, AL, Pearlie Jones of Madison, AL and Catherine Toney of Huntsville, AL; and his sister-in-law Vera Dillard. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and a host of many friends.
