She was predeceased by: her parents, William Neal and Bertha Neal; her children, Robert D. Shipley and Betty Shipley Teague; her grandson Will Shipley; and her great grandchild Dylan McGee.
She is survived by: her children, Ruby McGee and Samuel Shipley (Andrea). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Williamson & Sons Funeral Home (8852 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
