He is survived by: his wife Velma Shell; his children, Jimmy E. Shell, Rodney G. Shell, Paul B and Kimberly E. Duplissey; and his sisters, Juanita Brock, Amy Pulliam of Gainsville, FL and Dorothy Nunley. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
