She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Johnson; her son Everett Dewayne; her parents, Roy Daughtrey and Pauline Daughtrey; and her sisters, Melda Newman and Dorothy Bradley.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Cook, Max Johnson (Kim), Bill Johnson (Janet) and Darla Freeman (Donnie); her grandchildren, Blake Freeman (Alisha), Brad Freeman (Lydia), Ben Johnson (Britney), Whitney Enochs (Adam), Amber Huff, Johnny Huff (Mary) and Ashley Davis (Mark); and her brother Butch Daughtrey. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, April 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Soddy Church of God (11346 Back Valley Rd, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379).
