The memory of Joyce Carolyn Blevins of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, who passed away on May 22, 2024 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her husband James Howard Blevins; her parents, Clint Winnie and Easter Marie Smith; her children, Donna Carol DeVries, Jimmy Howard Winnie and Ronnie Lee Cooley; and her sisters, Barbara Brown and Betty Blevins.

She is survived by : her daughters, Cynthia Joy McGlamery and Angie Marie Winnie; her grandchildren, Abrianna Neomi McGlamery, Adam McGlamery, Terra Crutchfield, David DeVries, Christopher Cooley, James Winnie, Tommy Silva, Armando Silva, Crystal Mears and Jessica McGlamery; her great grandchildren, Lola Faith, Christian Lee, Hershel Gene, Nevaeh Tae, Kayleigh Grace, Addalynn Paige, Elijah Dean, Sierra, Jordan Bradley, Serenity Crutchfield, Cherish Crutchfield and Jazlynn Winnie; her great great grandchild Malayah Bradley; and her close friend Pam Corter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Williamson & Sons Funeral Home (8852 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the John M. Hixson Cemetery.
