She is survived by: her husband Harvey Dean Medearis IV; her children, Gena Renee Gibson (John) and Allen Haynes Medearis (Savannah); her grandchildren, Zane Gibson (Teal), Gavin Gibson (Chandler), Chandler Gibson and Hadley Medearis; her child Jude Medearis; and her caregivers, Katie Delay, Jane Slater, Jimmie Smith, Halie, Anna Williamson, Monica, Takil, Ann, Caroline and Sue. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
