He is survived by: his parents, John Hawkins and Reva Hawkins; his wife Patty Ricketts Hawkins; his children, Nathan Hawkins, Tyler Reynolds, Chase Reynolds, Kensi Hawkins and Shawndra Hall; and his siblings, Roger Hawkins, Mike Hawkins and Carol Hawkins Carroll. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
