He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Meyer (Jim), Tavia Blanks (Rick), Ginger Johnston (Kyle) and Regina Ortiz; his grandchildren, Garrett, Corri (Tanner), Gavin and Caleb; and his siblings, Randy Payne (Kathy) and Sheila Rievly (Dave).
