Fuller; brothers-in-law: Kenneth (Linda) Burroughs and Charlie Burroughs; son: Butch Burroughs; grandchildren: Ty Burroughs, Sabrina Ingram, and Baylor Ingram; cousin: Joy Welch; caregiver: Kim Walker; officiant: Bishop Calvin Nunley; and many nieces, nephews, hospice workers, and caregivers.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Williamson & Sons Funeral Home (8852 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Welch Rogers Cemetery (14917 Back Valley Rd, Sale Creek, TN 37373).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lora's name to the Humane Society of Chattanooga, or the animal shelter of your choice.
