We announce the death of Marsha Ansley Meyer of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, who passed away on September 15, 2026, at the age of 80. Marsha will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her father Sterling M. Miller; her stepmother Lynne Miller; her mother Elenor "Snickie" Hofmeister; and her stepfather Dr. Richard Hofmeister. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Meyer; her brother Sterling M. Miller Jr.; her children, Chantelle Guthrie (Eddy), Tyler Shelton (Carol), Sterling "Toby" Shelton (Tina) and Madison Mickel (Greg); her grandchildren, Michael Guthrie (Rebecca), Shea Geer (Ryan), Toby Shelton and Chloe Shelton; and her great grandchildren, Aubree, Mason, Adalyn, Waylon, Cam, Cash and Cade.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Williamson & Sons Funeral Home (8852 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
