He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Jean Stewart Revis and Jim Revis; his siblings, James Revis and Beverly Pittman; and his niece Wendy.
He is survived by: his wife Shelia Revis; his sister Cathy Hammack (Patrick); his nephew Terry; and his nieces, Jamie, Brynleigh, Megan and Tammy.
