He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Jean Stewart Revis and Jim Revis; his siblings, James Revis and Beverly Pittman; and his niece Wendy.
He is survived by: his wife Shelia Revis; his sister Cathy Hammack (Patrick); and his sibling's children, Terry, Jamie, Brynleigh, Megan and Tammy.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Williamson & Sons Funeral Home (8852 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Gray Cemetery.
