She was predeceased by: her husband Dale Phillips; her parent Lova Thompson; her grandparents, Neavon, Marguerette Campbell, Houston and Ruth Blevins; and her nephew Preston Evans.

She is survived by: her parent Joyce Campbell; her sisters, Jennifer Evans (Mark), Suzi Marletta (Dino) and Brittany Moncrief (Jimmy); her aunt Jane Nelson; and her close friends, Sharon Lovelace, Ava Hastings and Shirley Ramsey. She is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews and many cousins.
