He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferman Karr and Ellen Karr; his wife Florene; his son Oliver; and his brothers, Joseph and David.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jo Ann, Maxine, Karen, Audrey, Lettie and Billy; and his sons, Michael (Teena) and James (Diane). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Williamson & Sons Funeral Home (8852 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
