He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann Adkins Leffew; and his son Derrick Leffew. He is survived by: his children, Stacey Leffew (Jeremy Levi) and Sabrina Leffew; his grandchildren, Davin Leffew, Allen Levi (AJ May), Cole Levi (Miranda Lewis), Katlyn Mynatt and Derick Mynatt (Gianna); his great grandchildren, Carly Levi, Isabel May, Mattiey Levi, Christopher Mynatt and Elliana Mynatt; his siblings, Linda Beatty, Debbie Walker (Allen) and Kenny Leffew; and his close friends, Scott Snodgrass, Wendy Epling, Jon Leffew and Mitchell Leffew. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
