He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Westbrook and Elizabeth Beville Westbrook; and his brothers, Allen, Wayne and Jim.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Westbrook; his daughter Alicia; and his son-in-law Ben Secrest. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center (8911 Dallas Hollow Rd, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
