She was predeceased by: her husband John Franklin Anderson II; her parents, Roy Edgar and Mabel Barrett Tippins; and her grandmothers, Mary Tippins and Myrtle Barrett.
She is survived by: her children, John Thaddeus Anderson, Jessica Marie Anderson and Sonya Johnson; her grandchildren, Tabitha Gatlin and Izzy Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Mylah Gatlin, Markus Turner and Myriah Turner.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center (8911 Dallas Hollow Rd, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
