He was predeceased by : his mother Frances McGinnis. He is survived by : his father Paul McGinnis; his children, Matthew McGinnis (Jessica), Jeremy McGinnis (Tiffany) and Misty Davis (C. J.); his siblings, Ricky McGinnis, Paul T. McGinnis and Vickie Guess; and his grandchildren, Tommy, Maddie, Mason, Paige, Gabe, Josh, Kinzie, Ian and Brystal. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
