He is survived by: his significant other Sherry Mathis; his daughters, April Weaver-Haynes (Jeff), Jennifer Harvey (Chuck), Sheila Jetton (Matt) and Ruthie Green (Sherman); his siblings, David Mathis (Pamela) and Mary Moore (Danny); his grandchildren, Kayla Newhouse (Joseph), Savana Wooden (Shelby), Chase Harvey, Tanner Harvey (Madison), Elizabeth Jetton, Charlotte Jetton and Avery Green; and his great grandchild Will Newhouse. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
