He was predeceased by: his daughter Stephenie; his parents, Eugene Brumlow and Cecile Brumlow; and his brother Jimmy. He is survived by: his son Billy Brumlow; his sisters, Judy Rice (Charles), Pam Morrison (PeeWee) and Debbie Mullis (Dewayne); and his grandchildren, Wesley Parrott, Trystan, Trynity and Tynslee Brumlow.
