She is survived by : her daughter Leslie Rigsby (Matthew); her grandson John Dean Rigsby; her mother Martha Dean Welch; her brother Ted Welch (Faralynn); and her niece Elsie Shaw. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
