She is survived by: her children, Richard Spangler Jr. (Kagney), Kimberly Klein (Charlie) and Ashley Holmes; her grandsons, David and Ethan; and her sister Renee Bennett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
