He was predeceased by : his parents, Larry Wayne Millsaps, Sr. and Charlotte Ann Hixson; and his brother James Isaac Millsaps. He is survived by : his children, Casey Wayne Millsaps, Shanna Millsaps and Lacey Millsaps; his grandchildren, Caiden Millsaps and CJ Millsaps; his sister Marla Jo; and his nephew Kaleb Williams. He is also survived by several extended family and friends.
