He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith; his children, Paula Beene (Richard) and Anthony Smith (Bridgett); his grandchildren, Michelle Orr (Adam), Christopher Beene (Stacey), Thomas Smith (Kimberly) and Amber Bowers; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Beene, Jaxon Orr, Luke Orr, Raelynn Smith, Trevor Smith, Candis Carter and Conner Bowers.
