She was predeceased by: her parents, Odus Ivy and Charlene Ivy; her former husband Captain Tom Day; her husband Charlie Heffner of Coldwater, Mississippi.; and her siblings, Robert Ivy of Dickson, Shirley Walls of Somerville, Tennessee. and Charlotte Ivy of Somerville, Tennessee..
She is survived by: her children, Kate "Tonya" Day Shuppert (Jeremy) and Tommy Day (Heather); her sister-in-law Janis Ivy; and her grandchildren, Josh, Caleb, Abby Everett, Madison Cook (Nathan) and Hunter Day (Molly).
