He is survived by: his wife Lori Middleton Schmidt of Somerville, Tennessee.; his sons, Vincent Schmidt (Makayla) of Ripley and Freddie Romero (Megan) of Memphis, Tennessee; his siblings, Barb Frimming (Chris) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Vincent Mueller (Sandy) of Dunnigan, California; and his grandchildren, Angela Schmidt, Jasper Schmidt and Andrew Schmidt.
