He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Fortune and Geraldine Diffee Fortune; his stepmother Marie Fortune; and his sister Frenchie Lusk. He is survived by: his wife Donna Fortune of Williston; his children, Joel Peterson (Cindy) of Heber Springs, AR, Justin Peterson (Shalane) of Whiteville, Tara Polston (Jerry Hewlett) of Rossville, Ronda Hobbs (Chris) of Bartlett, Sasha Peterson (Scott Stroud) of Collierville, Jennifer and Kelly Fortune of Gallaway; and his siblings, Vicky Fortune of Moscow and Ricky Fortune of Moscow. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
