She is survived by: her brothers, Tony Coziar (Patti) and Dennis Coziar; her daughter Erin Gard (Ray); her grandchildren, Charity, Lucas Gard and Zach Alexander; and her child Church.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Faith Freewill Baptist Church in Somerville to fund the building of their new nursery.
