He is survived by: his wife Rachel Foy; his parents, Thomas Foy and Susan Foy; his sisters, Cassie Greer (Dustin) and Shellie Foy; and his nieces and nephews, Ruby Gregory, Harvey Gregory, Nova Greer, Ruby Greer, Mack Greer and Beau Greer. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites those who wish to give to do so in one of the following ways: donations may be made to Lifeline Baptist Church, where Robert was a faithful member, or to support medical care for his nephew, Beau Greer, who has also been diagnosed with X-linked ALD.
