He is survived by: his daughters, Hayden and Madison; his parents, Bruce and Charlotte; his siblings, Angela, Jon (Michal), Liz (Michael) and Adriana; his niece Anamarie; and his nephews, Andrew (Analise), Sam, Charlie, Will, James, Peter and Henry.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial contributions to college funds for his daughters, Hayden and Madison.
