He is survived by: his wife Mattie O'Neal Vowell of South Fulton, TN; his sons, Bobby Joe Vowell of South Fulton, TN, James Edward "Jimmy" Vowell of Hickman, KY and Jeffery Wayne "Jeff" Vowell of South Fulton, TN; his grandchildren, Krystal Lynn and Johnson of Mayfield; his great grandchildren, Lukas of Mayfield, KY, Madilyn Johnson of Mayfield, KY, Hailey of Louisiana and Jordan Pancia of Louisiana; and his siblings, Joe Vowell, Jimmy Vowell, Dudley Vowell, Jack Vowell, Marge Lloyd, Jane Thompson and Jacklyn Smith.
