He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Thurman and Norma Perry (Cannon); his wife Joyce Perry (Forehand); and his brothers, Darrel Perry and Glen Perry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Isbell (Brad) of Lexington and Elaine Barnes (David) of Paducah, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Alex Cochran (Casey) of Milan, Braden Isbell of Lexington, Angel Overcast of Tyler, Makayla Overcast of Paducah, Noah Barnes of Paducah and Olivia Barnes of Paducah, Kentucky; and his great grandchildren, Steely Ward of Milan and Davis Cochran of Milan.
