He is survived by: his wife Kim Amelia Chandler Smith; his stepchildren, Elisha Mays (Marvelle) of Martin, TN and Chanel Graves (Marcus) of Martin, TN; his stepgrandchildren, Raschad Windham of Martin, TN., Landon Mays of Martin, TN., Nazir Martin of Martin, TN., Amir Martin of Martin, TN. and Makirah Martin of Martin, TN.; and his brothers-in-law, Mark Chandler of Martin, TN, Keith Chandler of Chicago, IL and Bart Chandler of Martin, TN.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel (302 Carr St, Fulton, KY 42041).
