He is survived by: his daughter Linda McDaniel (Gary) of South Fulton, Tennessee; his grandson Ryan McDaniel (April); his great grandchildren, Maddie, Jack, Lucille and Jon Ryan; and his sister Gayle Trautwein of Louisville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
