She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Wade (Kim) of Stanley, VA and Jeff Wade (Lisa) of South Fulton, TN.; and her grandchildren, Lauren Smalley (Brett) of Signal Mountain, TN, Cherish Parish (Josh) of South Fulton, TN, Jacob Wade (Maria) of Staunton, VA, Hunter Wade (Meredith) of Louisville, KY and Justin Wade (Skyler) of Fulton, KY.
