She is survived by: her father James Eakes of Hickman; her stepmother Debbie Eakes of Hickman, KY; her brothers, Jim Eakes (Shannon) of Woodland Mills, Brent Eakes (Linda) and Jeff Eakes (Tracey) of Martin; and her stepsisters, Robin Amberg (John) and Melissa Jeffries (Jason) of Hickman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
