It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Edward Janeway of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, who passed away on January 16, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Harold departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Harold. Though Harold may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila Kay Davis Janeway; and his siblings, Carl Janeway and Beatrice Crawford. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Janeway and Josh Janeway (Jamie); his grandchildren, Kaylea Grace Henson and Joshua Cole Janeway; and his sisters, Clara Hodge, Sandra Ellis and Edna Rodgers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
