He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Frame and Marjorie Sutton Frame. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Summers Frame; his sons, Kenneth Frame, II (Amy) and Khristopher Frame (Crystal); his siblings, Frank Frame (Lylia), Johnny Frame, James Frame (Linda) and Doris Frame Klopp; his grandchildren, Chase Frame (Jordan), Alyssa Frame (Cam), Katie Frame, Hunter Frame (Kara), Trey Frame (Sarah), Tyler Frame, Britton Case and Hannah Frame; his great grandchild Stetson Frame; his close friends, Jerry and Sylvia Mooney; and his children, Kevin and Tammy Rogers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
