Mark Payne Obituary

We announce the death of Mark Payne of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, who passed away on July 2, 2026, at the age of 63. Mark will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Mark will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Mark’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.

He was predeceased by: his father Mark Austin Payne II. He is survived by: his mother Rose Lofty Payne; his wife Cindy Payne; his children, Kassidy Weese (Paul) and Chase Brown; and his grandchildren, Brasden Brown, Lorelai Brown, Jude Weese and Josie Weese. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and many dear friends.
