She was predeceased by: her parents, Isam Braden and Limmie Jane Braden; her husband Clarence Murray; her siblings, John Abe Braden and Ruthie Pace Murray; and her son Steve Murray.

She is survived by: her significant other Johnny Denney; her daughters, Debbie Cole (Lonnie), Cathy Booth of Comer, GA, Della Moats (Patrick) of South Pittsburg and Tammy Pettit (Ron); her granddaughter Christie Sellers (Aaron); and her great grandchild Brady Sellers of Kings Mountain, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
