He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell B. Smith and Betty Goff; and his sister Jennifer Smith Davis. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Crouch Smith; and his brothers, James Smith (Linda), Eugene Smith, Wayne Smith and Robert Smith (Cheryl). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
