He was predeceased by: his parents, Lude Moore and Betty Jo Moore; and his wife Victoria Moore. He is survived by: his children, Terry Moore, Jr. (Misty) and Kimberly Potts (David); his siblings, Brenda Worthington and Alan Moore; and his grandchildren, Chuy, Jacob, Seth, Liam, Brodie, Matthew, Kaileigh and Kian.
