She is survived by: her parents, Russell Alack (Angel) of Haileyville, AL and Barbara Roark of Carthage; her husband Josh Cunningham of Sparta; her children, Skyler Jose (Gage Smith), Gabriel Cunningham and Paisley Cunningham; her grandchild Adelynn Smith; her siblings, Craig Alack (Sherry) of Jacksonville, FL, Leeann Phillips (Tim) of Carthage, Brittany Dawn Alack of Watertown, Britanny Nichole Peterson (Aleks) of Virginia, Josh Alack (Jessicka Saltzgiver) of Tompkinsville, KY and Trenton Alack of Haileyville, AL.; her parents-in-law, John and Rebecca Cunningham of Sparta; and her sibling-in-law Chelsie Colwell (Kenneth) of Smithville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeKalb Funeral Chapel (863 S Congress Blvd, Smithville, TN 37166). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
